Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZedSkills online learning platform (zeskills.com). By creating an account or accessing any content on ZedSkills, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. User Accounts

To access most features on ZedSkills, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

ZedSkills reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or are found to be inactive for an extended period.

2. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All content on ZedSkills — including videos, slides, quizzes, and written materials — is owned by ZedSkills or the respective instructors. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that content for learning purposes only.

You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute course materials without written permission
• Share login credentials to allow others to access content you have purchased
• Use course content for commercial purposes or resale
• Record or screen-capture any lesson videos

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to use ZedSkills only for lawful, educational purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or instructors
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or comments
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform
• Uploading malware, spam, or unauthorized advertisements
• Impersonating any person or organization

4. Payments & Subscriptions

ZedSkills accepts payments via mobile money and other supported methods. All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. ZedSkills does not store full payment credentials. See our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.

5. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors publishing courses on ZedSkills agree to:

• Only offer content they own or have rights to publish
• Ensure course materials are accurate, professional, and up-to-date
• Respond to student queries in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with ZedSkills content quality standards and guidelines

6. Account Termination

ZedSkills may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your own account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to purchased courses will be revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZedSkills provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available. ZedSkills is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email when significant changes are made. Continued use of ZedSkills after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
